Fees and Methods of Payment

Fees for counseling services can be paid upon completion of your session with cash or check. If you prefer to pay by credit card, you must prepay through Pay Pal.

Fees for counseling services:

Individual Counseling: $100 (50 minute session) $150 (80 minute session)
Couples/Family Counseling:  $120 (50 minute session) $180 (80 minute session)

Consultation Services $100 (50 minute session) $150 (80 minute session)

Sliding scale available 

Cancellations: When you schedule an appointment time, that time is specifically reserved for you. If unable to keep an appointment, notification by phone 24 hours before scheduled time is required. You will be charged the full fee for any missed appointments without 24 hour notice.

To ensure proper payment in the event of a no-show and/or late cancellation, clients are requested to supply a credit card that will be kept on file. Clients also agree to pay the $20.00 check fee plus bank fees for any checks that are returned for non-sufficient funds.

Before using PayPal to pay for your counseling session, please call my office or contact me by email to set up a time and to discuss payment. You will enter the agreed-upon fee into the “amount” box. I will issue a receipt for payment at the time of your session.
