Pay for Counseling Online
Payments are typically made through the secure part of my website. Before your first appointment, you will login and add your debit, credit or HSA card information. Payments will be processed after your session is completed.
You may also use PayPal to pay for services.
Before using PayPal to pay for your counseling session, please call me or contact me by email to set up a time and to discuss payment.
Once we have spoken about payment, please click on the link below and follow the instructions. If you do not have an active account with Pay Pal, you will be asked to provide additional information. You will enter the agreed-upon fee into the “amount” box. I will issue a receipt for payment after it is received through the secure part of my website.
Cancellation Policy
When you schedule an appointment time, that time is specifically reserved for you. If unable to keep an appointment, notification can be sent by call, text or email 24 hours before scheduled time is required. You will be charged the full fee for any missed appointments without 24 hour notice.
To ensure proper payment in the event of a no-show and/or late cancellation, clients are requested to supply a credit card that will be kept on file. Clients also agree to pay the $20.00 check fee plus bank fees for any checks that are returned for non-sufficient funds.
